  • Internet Trouble Calls
    • This is the labor rate for trouble calls for our Internet customers that if it's found the problem is not with our service but with a device or something within your own network.
    • $90/hour
    • 1/2 hour minimum

    • Various depending on contract commitment terms and hours.
